Please contact me if you're having any issues with your order! I usually respond within 1-3 days.

 

Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns. If the item has been damaged or lost, I will send a new one (depending on the stock of the item) or issue a full refund.

Note that you have to provide photos of damaged goods otherwise I won't accept the refund option.



How long does shipping take?

  • Orders within Europe take 7-21 days
  • All orders are shipped from the EU!
  • International (outside of Europe) might take longer 21-56 days

Due to safety precautions, all registered shipment is provided with a tracking number. However, I do offer standard shipping as an option which means tracking number and insurance isn't available. I do not have the responsibility over shipping and shipping delays.

Please mind that due to high post traffic during summer and COVID-19 shipping might take longer.
